Use of the Transzit platform is governed by these Terms & Disclaimer. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Platform Role & Scope
Transzit is a digital listing and aggregation platform that facilitates discovery and connection between commuters and licensed transportation providers operating within the UAE. Transzit does not own, operate, manage, control, or provide transportation services. All transportation services are independently offered and executed by third-party providers.
2. No Operational Involvement
Transzit does not participate in pricing, scheduling, booking confirmation, payment collection, route execution, or service delivery. The platform's role is limited to displaying listings and enabling communication between users.
3. For Transportation Providers
Providers confirm they hold valid UAE licenses, are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, independently manage all communications and service delivery, and remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance and operational conduct. Any license review by Transzit does not constitute certification or endorsement.
4. For Commuters
Commuters acknowledge that listings are posted by third-party providers, verification is their responsibility, and Transzit does not guarantee availability, confirmation, or service quality.
5. No Agency, Employment, or Partnership
Nothing on the platform creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employer–employee relationship. All users act independently.
6. Regulatory Authority Non-Affiliation
Transzit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any UAE transport authority or regulator. Licensing references are based solely on provider submissions.
7. Insurance and Safety Responsibility
Transzit does not provide insurance or safety guarantees. All insurance, vehicle condition, and passenger safety obligations rest with the transportation provider.
8. Data Collection and Use
Only limited data necessary to display listings and enable communication is collected. User data is not sold or misused.
9. No Guarantee of Booking or Availability
Viewing or posting a listing does not constitute a confirmed booking. Transzit is not a booking or contracting party.
10. Dispute Resolution Between Users
All disputes between commuters and providers must be resolved directly between them. Transzit does not mediate disputes.
11. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Transzit harmless from claims arising from platform use or off-platform arrangements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Transzit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Right to Suspend or Remove Listings
Transzit may suspend or remove listings or accounts at its discretion for misuse, non-compliance, or regulatory risk.
14. Modifications and Regulatory Changes
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UAE law, with exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
